The National Railways Authority of Egypt denied what was circulated regarding a collision between train No. 336 (Mansoura/ Cairo) and train No. 261 (Cairo/ Ismailia) at the new bridge in the city of Zagazig in Sharkia Governorate. Regularly on all lines of the rail network.

The Authority appealed to the citizens not to be drawn behind these false and malicious news, which aims to cause confusion and spread panic among citizens, stressing the need to obtain information from its official sources to the Ministry of Transport and the National Railways Authority of Egypt, stressing that it will take all the necessary legal measures towards those malicious pages
