Conditioners, “Golden Residence” for qualified “high school students”

The procedures of the Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security have identified two conditions that qualify for high school students, to obtain golden residence in the country for a period of five years, which are a recommendation message from the Ministry of Education, to obtain a percentage of 95% and more in a high school diploma in public or private schools.

Granting gold residence for outstanding students comes in appreciation of their efforts, and within the framework of the UAE government’s tendency to provide an incubator environment for distinguished and talents, creating an attractive and encouraging environment for the talented, and attracting exceptional minds and talents to be permanent partners in the development process in the UAE.

On November 24, 2018, the UAE government approved a decision granting a long -term visa for a period of five years for outstanding students, and includes the conditions of eligibility for a five -year visa, school students with a rate of 95% and more in high school in public or private schools, as well as university students with a privilege assessment when graduating from the universities inside or outside the country.

The period of the gold residence permit granted is (5) years without the need for a guarantor within the state, and it may be extended by the authority, if the student is enrolled in one of the specializations in colleges in the country where the study period requires more than (5) years (such as medical colleges), and the student’s parents and his brothers are granted from his father from his father’s accommodation in the event of their establishment in the state.

Golden residence is granted to students of local and international universities, provided that the graduate student obtains a privilege, at a cumulative rate of 3.5 or 3.75 degrees at least according to the classification of universities inside and outside the country.

The duration of the golden residence permit for the university student (10) years, and the parents of the student and his two brothers from his father are granted a residence permit for the same period in the event of their establishment in the state, and the authority may grant the student’s husband and his children a residence permit for the same period, in the event that the student has the sheet or the ability to support them and provide housing for them in the state.

The UAE launched the Golden Residence Program, for ten years without the need for a guarantor in the country, and the program includes talented individuals with competencies, researchers, outstanding students, doctors, specialists, creators, athletes, business leaders and investors in the economic, real estate and emerging companies. Golden residence is granted to these groups in addition to their family members, with the aim of creating an attractive environment that allows talented individuals the opportunity to work and stability in order to be part of the state’s success story and its superiority in the areas of creativity, research, development, health care, agriculture, financial services and the startup sector.
