"Dubai Silicon" Host "Duirs Forum" In its first Middle East version

According to a press release issued today, the forum will be held in the cities of Limassol in Cyprus and Athens in Greece annually, and it attracts thousands of attendees, and is considered one of the largest platforms that combines innovative startups, investment capital funds, investors and institutions from Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The Dubai version of the forum aims to attract more than 3,000 participants, including hundreds of startups with investment capital funds and sector pioneers from across the region, enhancing international cooperation and financing opportunities.
The signing of the agreement was attended by His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al -Zarouni, CEO of the Dubai Authority for Integrated Economic Zones “Dies”, Dimitris Scorridis, Senior Scientist for Research, Innovation and Technology in the government of the Republic of Cyprus, where Badr Bouhanad, Executive Director of Institutional Support Sector in “Diez” and Deputy Director General of Dubai Silicon Oasis; Steylianus Lambro, co -founder of the company “The Duir”, Doshan Duvik, co -founder of “The Duirs” and the administrative partner in the Investment Capital Fund “Zero One Handard” at the headquarters of the Dubai Authority for Integrated Economic Zones, which represents a strategic expansion of the forum that started in Cyprus towards the UAE.

Since its inception in 2018, the “Duers” forum has contributed to the provision of a platform for holding hundreds of partnerships between founders, investors and companies from three continents.
“In recent years, we have seen increasing momentum from the Middle East, with more investment capital boxes, the emergence of a wide range of founders and focus on supporting innovation, making the launch of the project in Dubai a natural step in this context,” said Stelianus Lambro.
The event aims to bring together founders, investors, creators, companies and policy makers in a dynamic and culturally rich environment.
The forum focuses on creating projects, exchanging knowledge and international cooperation through an agenda that narrates success stories, brings together the most prominent participants and attracts a distinguished audience.
The 2025 version of the Forum in Cyprus attracted a record presence of 10,000 people and more than 250 speakers in five platforms, highlighting the rapid growth and important effectiveness of the event.
“After eight years of building a vital system throughout the center, east and southern Europe, we launch a Dubai version of the forum based on strong foundations, and it will provide the event, even in its first year, the capabilities, communication and the highest levels of quality to link two of the most innovative regions of the world,” Duchan Duvik said.
The forum version in Dubai includes areas dedicated to unofficial communication and a set of side events and designated programs.
Community areas and allocated halls receive small groups of participants, which enhances the interaction between them and encourages cooperation in a comfortable and high -influential environment.
