Program candidates’ tests launch "Mohammed bin Hamad to prepare leaders"
Al -Fujairah on July 8 / WAM / The stage of interviews and tests of the “Mohammed bin Hamad to Prepare Leaders” program was launched, where a specialized committee was formed to conduct personal interviews and the leadership skills tests for the candidates, with the aim of choosing the best of them to join the program.
This stage is a basic step that precedes the process of adopting the program and starting the curriculum.
It is noteworthy that the program is one of the qualitative initiatives launched by the Mohammed bin Hamad Al -Sharqi Council, and aims to develop and promote leadership skills among the youth of the Emirate of Fujairah aspiring, and their rehabilitation to take leadership positions and management of strategic and transformational projects in the emirate.
The program was launched last June, under the patronage and presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah.
