The symposium is organized in partnership with the European Parliament, within the framework of strengthening political dialogue between European institutions and NATO, and highlighting the importance of cooperation between the two sides in facing the increasing security challenges, and supporting democratic systems in member states and partners.

The alliance’s continuous to enhance its partnership with the European Union, especially after the last summit that was held in The Hague at the end of last June, which stressed the need for a close strategic coordination between the two parties to face global security challenges.
