Alba is appointed CEO for legal affairs and governance

Aluminum Bahrain Company announced. (Alba), the largest fuse of aluminum with one location in the world, on the appointment of Suhaila Rahman as CEO for legal affairs and governance of the company as of July 20, 2025.
Suhaila Rahman, a qualified lawyer from the United Kingdom, has more than twenty years of experience, during which she held important positions in a number of private law firms and legal departments in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain. During her career, Suhaila provided legal consultations to various financial institutions, real estate development companies, and multinational companies in many legal affairs, including integration and acquisition deals, corporate governance, and real estate development. Suhaila also held leadership positions in the Al -Tamimi office and its participants, Bahrain Oil Company, Eagle Hills Diyar, KPH Canon, Baker & McKinsey, Clevord Chance Company, and Fresh Cevels Brockhaus Deringer.
In this regard, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alba Company, Khaled Al -Rumaihi, said:

It should be noted that Suhaila Rahman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (with the rank of second honors) from the University of Reednig, UK, and the legal practice course at the Oxford Institute for Legal Practice has been completed. It is also an exclusive contribution to the Lexus Nixis Middle East on the Labor Law in Bahrain, and he won the best academic writer from the same organization in 2019.
