The UAE team is winning two silvers in the World School Olympics Golf Championship

The UAE school team achieved two silver medals in the individual competition for the two girls under 18 years of age, and the under -16 youth, in the first edition of the World School Olympics championship, which was hosted by the Moroccan capital Rabat, with wide participation from different countries of the world,

This successful participation came in the presence of Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum, President of the Emirates Federation for School and University Education Institutions, and Major General “M” Abdullah Al -Sayed Al -Hashemi, Vice President of the Emirates Golf Federation, who witnessed the competitions, and the Emirati delegation participated in the joy of the coronation, in confirming the support of leadership for school sports, and encouraging emerging champions from the early stages.

In the category of girls under 18 years of age, Emirati player Asia Selim performed a remarkable and exceptional performance, and she managed to win the silver medal after a strong competitive journey against a group of the most prominent international players.

In the youth category under 16 years, the Emirates player Alexander Dmitry created and succeeded in achieving the silver medal after a series of enthusiastic confrontations, which reflected his high skills and mental discipline.
