The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration meets with Burkina Faso Foreign Minister

It reflects the serious desire to improve bilateral cooperation. Minister Abdel Ati expressed the aspiration to open direct communication channels between the business community, praising the successful experiences of Egyptian companies in the Burkini market, stressing Egypt’s readiness to expand in the areas of cooperation and transfer of experiences in the areas of health, infrastructure, energy, mining, construction and construction, and cotton industries. In November 2024, where the two ministers affirmed the joint keenness to continue strengthening bilateral cooperation in various political, economic and developmental fields, as well as creating a mechanism for political consultation between the two countries in a way that enhances periodic and effective coordination between the two countries and exchanged views about the various regional and international issues. He also reviewed Egypt’s support for Burkina Faso in the fields of education, pointing to the scholarships provided by Egyptian universities and institutes for Burkini students, in the context of keenness to build human capabilities. Africa, in light of the increasing challenges associated with the spread of terrorism and organized crime, calls for enhancing cooperation and consultation between the two sides to confront these challenges and maintain security and stability in the continent.
