This came in the context of the annual report of the fund, which was presented by its general manager, Turki Al -Ja’ini, who indicated that the various programs and initiatives of the fund succeeded in reaching more than two million beneficiaries of its services and products, with a growth rate of 5% from the year 2023 AD, bypassing the annual sets set.
Support programs for guidance and training
The report pointed out that the volume of spending on support programs for guidance, training and empowerment amounted to 7.5 billion riyals.
It benefited nearly 179 thousand operating facilities in various vital sectors in the Kingdom, and with a huge growth rate in the number of beneficiaries of 49%, which reflects the increasing confidence in the fund’s programs.
The report emphasized that the largest focus was on the service of small, medium and micro companies, which constituted 95% of the total beneficiaries, in a strategic step to support this pivotal sector.
The national forces sustainability index in the labor market
The Sustainability of the National Forces in the Labor Market also showed impressive results, as the percentage of employees’ survival at their job reached 81% after a year of their employment or the end of support for the fund’s programs.
On the strategic level, the fund indicated that it signed 53 agreements and a memorandum of understanding to enhance partnerships, and issued more than 20 reports and cognitive producers through the National Observatory of Action “Nlo” to monitor the reality of the labor market and its directions.
The Fund’s efforts directly contributed to the Kingdom’s achievement of a qualitative leap of 25 ranks in the United Nations E -government Index, which confirms its active role in achieving national targets.
