On the other hand, specialists in the retail sector said that the offers aim to increase market shares of sales, while keeping pace with the summer season qualifiers and the end of the season for many retail companies.

In detail, the consumer, Saeed Hamid, said that he “noticed the high pace of competitiveness between e -commerce platforms and traditional stores in shopping centers, by offering successive campaigns for downloads during the recent period,” noting that “the downloads of platforms are more diverse and expanded compared to the stores.”

The consumer, Hani Badr, explained that “the offers proposed, whether on electronic platforms or stores, are one of the positive aspects that provide more diverse options for shopping in front of families consuming, especially during the current period that accompanies the summer holiday season and the purchase of gifts and travel requirements.”

The consumer, Mahmoud Samir, added that “the offers offered between platforms and stores are reflected in the benefit of consumers, as they represent different shopping experiences, despite the increase in the rates of downloads with platforms, and an increase in their diversity compared to the stores, but the purchase from each side represents a different benefit and experience. And the consumer, Ibrahim Rabie, considered that “the families who consume are currently more diverse options and alternatives, with the growing discounts of electronic platforms and stores during the recent period”, pointing out that “the platforms offer campaigns for downloads with different names, most notably additional discounts, the end of the season’s season, and the summer season qualifiers.”

For his part, the director of purchases in one of the retailers chains, Dilip Fishal, said that “the competitiveness of offers during the current period between stores and e -commerce platforms is due to the targeting of each party to increase the market shares of sales during the current period, especially before the end of the summer season, by diversifying and increasing the offers offered,” noting that “the displaced campaigns offered with positive benefits on consumers and ports Selling ».

For his part, the director of business development in one of the e -commerce platforms, Palik Devi, said that “the competitiveness of offers in the e -commerce sector during the current period aims to attract new segments of consumers and increase market shares of sales”, pointing out that “young consumer categories are among the most shopping through electronic platforms, while some consumer categories are still preferred to shop from traditional stores, which is what they seek The platforms to change it, by increasing the chances of attracting more consumers in a way that keeps pace with the classes of those platforms from the retail trade during the recent period.

In turn, retail expert, Ibrahim Al -Bahr, considered that “the high competitiveness of offers between e -commerce platforms and traditional stores is one of the striking manifestations in the markets, and is one of the positive matters that belong to the benefits of consumers, as well as on the platforms and shops, while supporting them to increase sales shares in large proportions.”

He added, “It is important that the consumer have sufficient awareness of not being attracted behind the slogans of discounts, and searching for larger feasibility downloads, with the availability of price comparison opportunities between stores and platforms, and comparing prices before and after the discounts, to ensure the feasibility of offers, and to search for the authority that provides better services, after purchase, whether from the advantages of replacement, return or guarantee for electronic devices.”
