This was partially offset by an increase in selling, distribution, and general and administrative expenses, which reflects the company’s commitment to investing in achieving long-term sustainable growth.
The decrease in the company’s net profit during the current quarter by 67%, amounting to (16.53) million riyals compared to the previous quarter, is due to the decrease in revenues. achieved during this quarter, in addition to the change in the mix of sales channels.
The percentage of sales contribution to the government sector increased, which led to a decrease in the gross profit margin.
Net profit during the current period (9 months) increased by 50% on an annual basis, reaching 52.49 million riyals.
This is due to an increase in revenues by 25% and an improvement in the gross profit margin across all distribution channels.
This was partially offset by an increase in selling expenses. distribution, general and administrative expenses, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to investing in long-term sustainable growth. However, the ratio of operating expenses to revenues decreased compared to the same period last year, resulting in a 41% increase in operating profit.
