The Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched the services of the Emirati traveler services; Which provides an integrated package of services with one step; Where this initiative comes in line with the Ministry’s policies and strategic plans that put the citizens of the state at the top of its priorities, especially while they are outside the state, through an integrated institutional system characterized by readiness and high operational efficiency, and effective procedures that translate into continuous coordination between the work teams in the ministry and the representative missions of the state abroad, in a way that ensures the provision of permanent support and care, and the rapid response in cases Emergency.

The Emirati traveler services card includes the “Tafdi” service, which enables individuals and their families to pre -registration, and the release of the return document within thirty minutes in the event of a loss, damage or expiration of the passport, or when the newborns return, in addition to the travel instructions page according to each destination, which is an interactive page that occurs instantly, and provides all the information and instructions that the Emirati traveler may need while traveling abroad outside the country, along with the emergency number 0097180024 dedicated to state citizens abroad.

The card can be obtained when traveling from Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Airport in holiday seasons; It is characterized by rapid access to all services at any time and anywhere, by scanning the “QR Code” icon attached to it, which makes it a digital companion that accompanies the Emirati traveler throughout his journey.
