"Muslim sages" Participates in the Istanbul Arab Book Fair

Abu Dhabi, August 8 / WAM / The Council of Muslim Elders will participate for the fourth time in a row at the Istanbul International Book Fair, which will be held from August 9 to 17, as part of its efforts to enhance the culture of dialogue and consolidate the values of coexistence and peace around the world.

The pavilion of the Council this year displays more than 250 intellectual and cultural editions, including a group of the latest publications of wise for publication for the year 2025, which dealt with issues of peace, coexistence and multiple identities, all of which were prepared by a group of researchers at the Wise Center for Peace Research.

The pavilion also includes more than 30 authors of the Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, Sheikh of Al -Azhar Al -Sharif, highlighting the tolerance of Islam and the depth of its intellectual and philosophical heritage.

The wing of the Muslim Wise Council also reviews a set of important publications for members of the Council and senior thinkers.

The wing also witnesses the organization of a group of cultural events, including intellectual readings; In order to enrich the discussions about the challenges facing human societies, ways to build a future based on mutual respect and joint understanding, in addition to some events and activities for children.

This participation comes within the framework of the Council of Muslim Elders’s keenness to be present in the major cultural and cognitive forums, and to continue its efforts in spreading the message of moderation and tolerance, based on its mission in promoting peace and spreading the values of dialogue, tolerance and human coexistence, and activating the role of scientists and thinkers in building more aware and consistent societies.
