Al -Bahar Rabie Attia, in his speech, that hosting this event reflects the association’s keenness to support and encourage scouting work, and invest its ingredients for the success of the training programs. Unity, methods of training boys, leadership concepts and patterns, planning and preparing good plans, as well as topics in scouting curricula, the relationship between scouting and society, preparing research and resource development. The study also includes field activities, most notably a cellular journey to train on wild navigation skills, secret marks, maps drawing, estimates, determination of trends, and decomposition of encrypted messages.
