"Dubai Horse Racing" It launches a program to enable Emirati competencies

Dubai, August 14/ WAM/ Dubai Horse Racing Club announced the launch of the new vocational training program “The Racing Toward the Future”, the qualitative initiative that aims to support and rehabilitate the next generation of young Emirati competencies, in the framework of the club’s commitment to contribute to achieving the UAE vision to enhance national human capital, in line with the goals of resettlement.
The program, which kicks off August 17, gives Emirati graduates an integrated field experience in the world of high -level horse racing and major events management.
Participants will be attached to various departments that are compatible with their academic specializations, giving them realistic practical experience, direct professional directing, and seeing best global practices in the field of “Maidan”, one of the most prominent sports destinations in the world.
His Excellency Ali Al Ali, CEO and member of the Board of Directors at the Dubai Horse Racing Club, said that the “race towards the future” program represents a unique gateway to a sector that combines sport, culture and innovation, stressing the commitment to inspire and rehabilitate these young competencies to enable them to start confidently in its career.
The program was developed in cooperation with an elite group of universities in the country, to continue until May 2026, in advance of the participants, a solid and practical base that includes strategic operations, planning and organizing events, marketing and institutional communication, and other relevant disciplines.
