The UAE hosts the International Customs Organization for Technology Conference and Exhibition 2026

Abu Dhabi, August 18 / WAM / The UAE will host the International Customs Organization for Technology Conference and Exhibition 2026, from 28 to 30 January 2026 organized by the World Customs Organization over a period of 3 days in partnership with the “Emirates Customs” headed by the Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center “ADNEC” in the capital Abu Dhabi.

The conference and the exhibition of the member states of the World Customs Organization, who number 186 countries, in addition to representatives of relevant international organizations and institutions, will participate in a global event that reflects the pioneering position of the UAE in hosting international events, conferences and events in all economic, commercial and tourism sectors.

The World Customs Organization for Technology Organization 2026 aims to explore how global customs components adopt a proactive approach to achieving its mission in supporting global economic growth and improving the quality of life, by facilitating trade and enhancing border security and ensuring the flexibility of global supply chains, by adopting innovative solutions with the support of a wide range of partners concerned.

During its convening, the conference will discuss a variety of technology related topics, with a special focus on technical innovations in various means of transportation, the capabilities provided by advanced technologies and data analysis systems, and how to employ these technologies in developing customs work and facilitating trade movement and supporting the global security system, and the World Customs Organization for Technology is held in parallel with the conference, to provide extensive opportunities to communicate and obtain more detailed information about the latest technical solutions Available in the market, in addition to strengthening partnerships and concluding customs agreements and partnerships.
