Major General Hareb Al Shamsi discusses ways to develop police stations in Dubai

The Acting Commander -in -Chief of Dubai Police, Major General Hareb Muhammad Al Shamsi, chaired a meeting of the managers of the police stations and their deputies to discuss the development of the centers and motivate the work teams, in the presence of the Assistant Commander in Chief for Criminal Investigation, Major General Eid Thani Hareb, and the assistant Commander in Chief for Excellence and Entrepreneurship, Major General Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Al -Mualla, and a number of officers.

The meeting touched on the development of police stations, analyzing their indicators, ways to improve the work system, motivate work teams, and enable them to perform their tasks with high efficiency, within a work environment based on the spirit of one team.

The meeting also reviewed the reports of the performance of police centers regarding criminal transactions, as well as mechanisms for promoting institutional performance and developing the quality of services provided to the public.

Al -Shamsi stressed that the police stations are the main front of Dubai Police to receive community members and meet their needs, stressing that the service of people, the preservation of rights, the speed of response, and the provision of all forms of support according to the highest police and humanitarian standards, a utmost valuable priority and message of Dubai Security and Community Police.
