On the sidelines of the signing of the agreement, Mr. Mohamed Jaafar Boujeri, Director General of the Housing Real Estate Company, affirmed the success of the government land investment platform in attracting investors wishing to develop specific projects on government lands allocated for investment, noting the features of the platform that allows the display of all investment land data through a unified platform, indicating at the same time that the platform launch initiative falls under the priority of strengthening the partnership between the public sectors The private, as it contributes to stimulating the investment movement and building land, and accelerating the implementation of development projects for citizens and residents on the land of the Kingdom.

Mr. Bojiri announced the fulfillment of the Gulf Trading Company LLC for all the items and conditions of the bidding for the establishment and development of a car care center in the housing city of Sitra on the lands designated for providing facilities and services that serve the residents and visitors of the city.

For his part, Mr. Al -Nuaimi expressed his happiness at awarding this bidding to their company, indicating that this project will contribute to the development of the vital sectors in the Kingdom, and will also contribute to raising the level of services necessary for citizens and residents. Al -Nuaimi pointed out that the engineering studies of the project are started by an accredited engineering office, and all designs are underway and obtained the necessary licenses to start implementing the project.
