"He wanted" 138 units were delivered in the Teatro Residences residential complex
Sharjah, April 20 / WAM / Arada announced the delivery of 138 new residential units in the Aljada integrated community, after the completion of construction work in the Teatro Residences residential complex.
This new achievement comes with the conclusion of all construction work for the residential units in the Naseej Al Qalb Cultural District in Aljada, where more than two thousand units were delivered to the new owners.
Ahmed Al Khashibi, CEO of Arada Group, said: “We are committed to achieving our goal of delivering 4,000 units in our communities during the year 2026, and this achievement represents an important step in this journey.”
With the completion of the Teatro Residences buildings, the number of homes delivered in Aljada to date rises to more than 9,000, and this culminates in the completion of construction work in the Naseej district, where 19 buildings are currently being delivered, including the Vida Aljada complex in Sharjah.
These achievements coincide with the significant development achieved by the real estate market in Sharjah, represented by recording deals worth 18.5 billion dirhams during the first quarter of the year, an increase of 41% over the same period last year.
