"Mohammed bin Rashid Housing" Certified a certificate "The best work environment" Globally

Dubai, August 28 / WAM / The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation has made an unprecedented global achievement by obtaining a certificate “The Best Work Environment – Great Place to Work” to become the first housing institution in the world to obtain this prestigious honor.

This achievement came after the Foundation achieved an exceptional result of 99 percent in a questionnaire for the best work environment and for the second year in a row in an achievement that reflects high confidence and great satisfaction by its employees towards the work environment provided by the Foundation.
The Foundation also ranked first in the Middle East in the category of medium enterprises, superior to many governmental and private agencies in the region.

The “best work environment” certificate is one of the highest international degrees in the field of the work environment, as it is issued by the international institution “Great Place to Work®”, a leading consultative organization based in the United States of America specializing in assessing the cultures and work environments through surveys that include millions of employees and represent thousands of companies in about 100 countries around the world.

The certificate depends on five main axes, which are credibility, respect, equality, pride and fellowship, along with sub -axes that include: innovation, flexibility of change, leadership support and ability to meet the needs of customers.
