The director of the association’s branch confirmed that Eastern Region Saad Al-Rubaie told Al-Youm that the association works as the executive arm of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to implement the finest incubation practices.

Al-Rubaie explained that the association applies advanced governance through which it has achieved the highest levels of compliance and transparency from the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, which has strengthened the confidence of society and donors.
He said families wishing to Embracing has thirteen precise standards to verify their psychological, economic, security and health readiness, to ensure an ideal environment that embraces the child and meets his needs.

This is followed by a strict and continuous follow-up procedure for two full years after the child is delivered, to ensure his full adaptation and stability within his new family.
He pointed out that the association’s qualitative strategy relies on the principle of legal breastfeeding, with careful consideration of the closeness in formal features between the orphan and the foster family. This unique approach ensures the protection of healthy psychological and social development, providing the child with a true family identity that goes beyond the concept of traditional shelter.
Integrated electronic portal
The association strengthened its organizational success by launching an integrated electronic portal that manages the relationship with the family from the beginning of the procedures until after the handover. This digital transformation culminated in a massive media outreach that exceeded 759 million views during the year 2025, to support the culture of embrace and modernize its societal controls.
The association reaped the fruits of this institutional excellence by winning first place in the Princess Noura Award for Childhood in the field of quality of life and psychological well-being. It also topped the Ihsan platform for two consecutive years in social service, and received higher certificates in institutional excellence and knowledge management.
The Legal Breastfeeding Initiative
While the Society’s Managing Director, Abdul Salam Al-Jabr, described the Legal Breastfeeding Initiative as a good omen that closes the gap of feelings of inferiority, and makes a radical difference in the career and social future of the orphan.

The association’s humanitarian model aims to address the roots of orphanhood by giving the child a normal life under the care of two parents, enabling him to integrate into society and build his future like any other child.
