“Tamkeen” launches the “digital empowerment program” for institutions wishing to develop their businesses using digital solutions

The Labor Fund “Tamkeen” announced the launch of the “digital empowerment program” to support institutions in developing their business by adopting digital solutions and tools, which contributes to raising their operational efficiency and increasing their productivity.

The program includes two main tracks, and allows the first track for institutions to benefit from digital solutions in cooperation with accredited service providers, by providing them with innovative tools that enhance productivity and meet their business requirements. As for the second track, the institutions give the freedom to choose the most appropriate service provider to provide digital solutions in line with their needs.

On this occasion, Mrs. Maha Abdel Hamid Mufiz, CEO of the Labor Fund, “Tamkeen”, affirmed that the launch of these programs comes as a continuation of all other aspects of support provided by “Tamkeen” to institutions, where “Tamkeen” aims through the “digital empowerment program” to encourage institutions to adopt innovative digital solutions, which would contribute to developing their operations and enhancing their productivity, which is reflected in their performance and positive contribution National economic growth, and its ability to create more qualitative job opportunities to accommodate national cadres.

This program comes within the efforts of “Tamkeen” in enhancing the growth and development of small and medium enterprises, in line with the priorities of the strategy “Tamkeen” for the year 2025, which is to enhance the position and competitiveness of the Bahraini citizen in the private sector, and to provide Bahrainis with the appropriate skills for job development in the private sector, as well as granting priority for the growth, concealment and sustainability of institutions.
