“Gulf Training” leases an educational complex for 6.25 million riyals for 20 years

Today, Al Khaleej Training and Education Company signed a contract with Abdulaziz Al Rashed, Chairman of the Board of Directors, to rent an educational complex, "Rowad Al Khaleej School" Owned by him in Al-Ahsa Governorate.

The company said in a statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The average annual rental value of the contract is about 6.25 million riyals before calculating the value-added tax.

She explained that the duration of the contract is 20 years, according to the prevailing commercial conditions, and without any preferential terms or benefits.

She expected that this contract will have a positive impact on the financial results for the fiscal year 2026 and beyond.
