"Dubai International Financial Courts" The Mediation and Judicial Documentation Service Center launches

Dubai, September 2/ WAM/ The courts of the Dubai International Financial Center announced today the launch of a new package of support services, including the Mediation Services and Judicial Documentation Service Center.
This development comes after the issuance of the Dubai Law No. (2) of 2025 last March by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “God bless him”, which laid the legislative basis for these services.
In parallel with the aforementioned law, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as President of the Dubai International Financial Center, issued a decision specifying the framework of implementation and employment, and officially establishes the Center for Mediation Services and Documentation Service under the umbrella of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Center.
The mediation services center in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Center is scheduled to be established to be a path to resolving disputes in alternative friendly ways, as the parties can settle their differences with the help of accredited brokers with the courts.
The parties will have the freedom to choose brokers and agree on the fees and conditions in advance, as well as the options for holding mediation sessions online using the developed and artificial intelligence -backed issue system, or in attendance at the court headquarters within the center.
His Excellency Judge Wayne Martin, President of the Dubai International Financial Courts, said that the courts continue their leadership in providing advanced judicial and legal services, in close cooperation with the Dubai leadership and court partners in the public and private sectors, and that the launch of the Mediation and Judicial Documentation Service Center would expand their services, enhance access to justice, and provide greater flexibility for companies and individuals looking for effective and appropriate costs.
Parallel to the establishment of the Mediation Services Center, the Dubai International Financial Center courts expanded the scope of its services by launching the Judicial Documentation Service, which is a process of practical support that allows judicial documentation employees in the courts to document and attend certificates, faith and written declarations, and to adopt the identical copies of the original and provide them to individuals and companies.
The service is limited to documenting English documents, and is the first of its kind in the UAE.
The service provides three options for users: automated self -service, direct virtual service, and a personal presence service, and users can benefit from the verification service via the basic source verification system issued by the company “Data Flo”.
Electronic or paper or paper signing and signing will be released with each document, provided that documents are documented using advanced encryption methods based on “Hedra Blockchain” technology, where the juvenile documentation event is recorded with the timeline on the series of blocks.
For his part, His Excellency Judge Omar Al -Muhairi, Director of the Dubai International Financial Center Courts, said that the solutions of the center’s courts were designed specifically to consolidate confidence, clarity and certainty in the first judicial system based on the English general law in the region, in a manner that guarantees prosperity and its availability to business companies, and that the establishment of the Mediation Services and Judicial Documentation Service Center enhances the role of the courts in supporting the federal and local strategic goals, and contributes to building additional confidence between local companies The growing, investors and the international business community.
