Dubai Chamber of Commerce enhances the integration of people of determination into the private sector

Dubai, September 11 / WAM / The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three rooms operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, organized an awareness event that aims to enhance the integration of people’s determination into the private sector, and to discuss ways to develop the appropriate work environment for them in various fields.
In the presence of more than 100 participants from the business community representatives, the event organized by the Business Ethics Center of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce was a platform for a dialogue between the various parties concerned to determine the most important challenges facing the integration of people with determination into the work environment, reviewing best practices and possible solutions, and highlighting the real experiences of employees who have determined.

The event also allowed space for constructive dialogue and formulating practical strategies that contribute to developing more comprehensive and easy to reach work environments.
Maha Al -Qarqawi, Vice -President of the Business Society Support Sector in Dubai Chamber, affirmed the keenness to activate the role of the private sector in developing an integrated system that guarantees the right to work for people with determination, and stimulates their contribution to the process of economic development, by providing the business community with knowledge and best practices and actual experiences necessary to integrate people of determination in the labor market.
The event witnessed the participation of representatives from the Community Development Authority in Dubai, Dubai Police and Emirates Airlines, during which the policies approved in the Emirate of Dubai were reviewed to support and integrate people in society, in addition to best practices in the field of comprehensive recruitment and supportive infrastructure, by reviewing the case studies that reflected concrete strategies and successful practical experiences, and the latest innovations and tools designed to support owners were discussed Identity in the work environment, and enabling them to perform their tasks efficiently and independently.
One of the owners of determination presented his personal experience in the work environment during the event, reviewing his success in overcoming the challenges he faced during the performance of his job duties, through institutional support and the facilities that were provided to him.
