Wide youth participation in “Vision 2025” for jobs

The Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al -Awar, has officially opened the 24th session of the “vision” of the Emirates Job Exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center, where the unique event received, which specializes in developing skills and empowering talent, thousands of ambitious Emirati youth, in line with the UAE vision to enable national talents with the skills and opportunities necessary to succeed in a fast -changing labor market.

Dr. Abdul Rahman Al -Awar toured the exhibition, during which he visited a group of exhibiting companies from various industries in the private and public sectors, including the Emirates Group, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, the Dubai World Trade Center, the Dubai Tourism College, the Emirates Accounting Agency, the Shalhoub Group, the Tourism College, the Rustani Group, the Dubai Free Market, the Emirates National Oil Company (Inok), Higher Colleges of Technology, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Majid Al Futtaim Group, Emirates International Aluminum Company, Ministry of Defense, Dubai World Ports, and Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani Group.

Vision 2025 is organized in a close partnership with several government agencies, including the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, the UAE Human Resources Development Council, the Ministry of Education, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, where the support of these direct bodies of the exhibition contributes to strengthening the resettlement agenda in the UAE, and national workforce development strategies.

“The council’s participation in this prominent event reflects its pivotal role in building effective partnerships with vital bodies in its various fields, and directing young energies towards professional paths that keep pace with the future, and supports the sustainability of the knowledge economy, as it comes as an extension of the council’s tireless efforts towards building a flexible environment, providing qualitative opportunities that enhance the enhancement of Dubai’s competitiveness as a global center for talent and innovation, and entrenches the role of Emirati human capital in leading the comprehensive development process, in line with the directives of our rational leadership, and contributes to achieving the targets of Dubai Economic Agenda D33, and vision (we are 2031) ».

He added: «The exhibition is a distinct and important strategic platform, because of its impact on activating the council’s programs and qualitative initiatives aimed at enabling national competencies with the skills necessary to confront the challenges of the times, and enhance the integration of policies directed at the fast -changing labor market, in a way that contributes to preparing a generation of future leaders and tomorrow’s makers, and guarantees a brighter and prosperous future at all levels.”

Over the next three days, thousands of Emirati youth will interact directly with employment officials, professional trainers, industry leaders and exhibitors from the major leading company covering 25 main industries, and they will participate in workshops and skills development activities within the framework of basic pillars, which are “empowerment and leadership”, “entrepreneurship and innovation”, and “science, technology, engineering and mathematics”.

For its part, Asma Al -Sharif, Assistant Vice President for Sustainable Development and Exhibition Management at the Dubai World Trade Center, said: “This unique professional exhibition is a platform that brings together distinguished Emirati competencies with the most prominent companies in the country, in preparation for three days of communication and building skills and intellectual leadership, and will provide an opportunity to face realistic challenges and participate in various workshops, to display their skills and experiences in front of potential employers, and with more participation From 180 exhibitors, the edition of this largest year is expected to be an exceptional opportunities for professional innovation and development, and during the coming days the event will continue to reveal promising paths for growth in front of the Emirati youth, in line with national strategies such as the vision of “We UAE 2031”.

This year’s program includes a rich package of competitions designed to test skills, stimulate innovation, encourage entrepreneurship, and includes initiatives such as: “Future Scholars Award”, “Young Programmers Challenge”, “The Red Planet’s Mission”, “Vision Academy”, “Future Innovations”, “Next Entrepreneur” and “Change Makers”, which allows the Emiratis a platform to display their creativity. And their skills in solving problems, their technical experience and their entrepreneurial aspirations, and the “academic forum” is one of the most prominent features of this year’s exhibition, as students link the most prominent universities, courses and scholarships that meet the needs of the market.

The 2025 program also offers opportunities in new sectors such as artificial intelligence, retail trade, in addition to firm sectors such as aviation, logistical services, finance, health care, and technology.

Vision 2025 will be held in cooperation with Dubai Ports as the Platinum Shepherd, the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the Golden Shepherd, and the UAE National Oil Company (ENOC) as a silver sponsor, highlighting a common vision aimed at linking talented Emiratis with innovative opportunities and professional paths that contribute to ensuring a brighter and prosperous future.
