The Prime Minister continues the implementation of the outputs of the Consulting Committee for Urban Development and the Export of the Properties

Madbouly: The real estate development sector is one of the most important sectors that are the locomotive of the growth of the national economy

Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting today; To follow up the implementation of the outputs of the Consultative Committee for Urban Development and Export of Real Estate, in the presence of members of the committee and a number of real estate developers. The part of the members of these committees to advance the targeted sectors, and achieve more desired goals from these sectors. This is due to its association with a large number of other economic activities, as this sector is linked to more than 90 varied industries, stressing that Egypt has wide experiences in this sector. Investments in this vital sector, and the export of real estate is one of the important files that the government is working on in order to increase the state resources of foreign exchange. From a time plan to implement the real estate export system, which is applied through the New Urban Communities Authority in a number of new cities, through the & quot; real estate export & quot; Which provides an interactive window for foreign investors and buyers, while linking it to the relevant authorities to facilitate purchase and registration procedures, in order to enhance the chances of attracting hard currency and stimulating the real estate market. Foreign investments for this sector, especially in light of the demand we are witnessing at the present time that the ownership of Egyptian real estate units, especially in the coastal areas. & nbsp;

In this context, the mechanisms proposed by the committee members & nbsp; Which allows the promotion of Egyptian real estate products and their sale abroad in foreign currency, and at the same time bringing the hard currency to the banking system. And exporting the property regarding the initial registration of real estate, and the government efforts made in this regard through coordination between the relevant ministries, to facilitate the real estate registration procedures for housing units; Whether for Egyptians, or foreigners.
