The President of the State discusses with the Yemeni Prime Minister ways to enhance bilateral relations

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, discussed with Salem Saleh bin Brik, Prime Minister of the sisterly Republic of Yemen, the brotherly relations and ways to enhance cooperation in the interest of the two brotherly countries in addition to a number of issues of common concern.

This came during the reception of His Highness the President of the State, the Yemeni Prime Minister today at the Beach Palace in Abu Dhabi, who conveyed to His Highness the greetings of Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al -Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Command Council in Yemen and his wishes for the UAE, more development and prosperity, while His Highness held his greetings to the President of the Command Council, wishing Yemen and his brotherly people stability and prosperity.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan also expressed his wishes for the Yemeni Prime Minister success in his national responsibilities for Yemen and its people, stressing the UAE’s constant and continuous approach to supporting everything that achieves the aspirations of the brotherly Yemeni people towards development, security and stability.

For his part, Salem Saleh bin Brik, Prime Minister of Yemen, expressed his thanks to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his appreciation for the positions of the authentic brotherly UAE and the support it provided to the Yemeni people and its constant standing at his side, wishing the Emirates and its people more progress and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Presidential Bureau, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency Bureau for Special Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the State and Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary -General of the Supreme Council of National Security, Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, head of the President of the State of the State for Strategic Affairs and head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office and a number of senior officials.
