المملكة: To raise the quality of services.. Dhahran Municipality puts its employees in the place of auditors

Launched Dhahran City Municipality,a qualitative initiative entitled “A Journey Without Obstacles,” with the aim of examining the beneficiary’s experience on the ground and monitoring the challenges he may face during his journey to obtain Municipal service, which comes within the framework of its efforts to enhance the quality of services and raise the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
The initiative includes a number of employees simulating the beneficiary’s experience from the moment of submitting the request until obtaining the final service, while documenting all development observations and suggestions that contribute to facilitating procedures and improving the efficiency of municipal services.
Improvement Continuous
The mayor of Dhahran, Engineer Faisal Al-Qahtani, explained that the initiative reflects the municipality’s commitment to applying the concept of continuous improvement and adopting the principle of “beneficiary first,” indicating that such initiatives enable entities to discover points of improvement in the beneficiary’s experience and enhance transparency and positive interaction between the entity and its auditors.
And comes a “flawless journey.” Obstacles” is an extension of the municipal transformation programs that focus on improving the customer experience, and raising Quality of life, and achieving the satisfaction of beneficiaries of the services provided, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030".
