The major newspapers and news sites praised the pioneering role of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah in supporting knowledge and scientific research and establishing bridges of cultural communication between peoples, stressing that Sharjah’s efforts express the emirate’s vision in making Arab culture an effective part of the European academic scene.
In an expanded report published by the newspaper “Diario Ash Pirass”, the newspaper highlighted the pioneering role of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah in supporting the digitization project “Joanina” library, which allows researchers and the audience to see more than 30 thousand books and a rare manuscript, noting that the project comes as a partnership between the University of Kewbra and the Sharjah Book Authority and extends for seven years.
