Positive talks… An American delegation joins Egypt’s negotiations to end the war in Gaza

An American delegation joined the ongoing negotiations in Egypt to establish an implementation mechanism to end the war in the Gazabetween the Israeli occupation and the Hamas movement, while Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said that what he received about the talks "It was very encouraging"

The talks began on Monday in the city of Sharm El-SheikhEgyptian, after Hamas agreed to release the hostages in exchange for the release of Palestinian detainees as part of a 20-item plan put forward by US President Donald Trump to end the war in Gaza, which has entered its third year.

Reaching an agreement

Two American delegates arrived in Egypt to participate in the negotiations, and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said in a speech today that they carry "A strong will, a strong message, and a strong mandate from President Trump to end the war during the current round of negotiations"

Sisi said: "What I received (about the progress of the talks) was very encouraging"He called on his American counterpart to come to Egypt if the agreement is concluded, adding: "My message to President Trump: Continue your support, continue your will to end the war".
