9 medals won by the Paralympic badminton team in the African Championship in Nigeria

The Paralympic Badminton National Team won 9 various medals during its participation in the African Championship, which was held in Nigeria during the period from 7 to 12 October of this year.
The Pharaohs’ medals in the continental championship were as follows: 4 gold, 1 silver, and 4 Bronze.
Mohamed Rashad won 3 golds, as he won the singles gold in the Wh1 classification. He also added the men’s doubles gold in the Wh1-Wh2 classification with his colleague Mohamed Hassan. He also achieved the mixed doubles gold with his colleague Shaima Sami in the same classification. The last gold went to Mohamed Hassan in the singles competitions in the Wh1 classification. wh2.
While the only silver medal went to Shaima Sami in the individual competitions in the wh2 classification.
While the bronze medals were as follows: a bronze went to Mohamed Shaaban in the singles classification su5, and the same went to his colleague Basmala Hisham in the singles classification SL4, and her colleague Rahma Ahmed Abdo achieved a bronze in the singles in the su5 classification, while the last bronze went to the pairs of Mohamed Shaaban and John Khaled in the classification. su5.
The Egyptian delegation participating in the tournament included: “Mohamed Rashad in the WH1 classification – Mohamed Hassan in the WH2 classification – Shaima Sami in the WH2 classification – John Khaled in the SL4 classification – Basmala Hisham in the SL4 classification – Mohamed Shaaban in the SU5 classification – Rahma Ahmed Abdo in the su5 classification – Imad El-Din Adel in the sh6"classification. The team is technically led by Mohamed Atef, while the delegation is headed by Ahmed Magdy El-Dakrouri, a member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Badminton Federation.
