Sharjah, October 16 / WAM / The real estate development company “Arada” has awarded a construction contract worth 397 million dirhams to build the “Rove Aljada” complex in a modern lifestyle destination with a total sales value of 35 billion dirhams in the heart of Sharjah.

The new complex includes four buildings, including the “Rove Aljada” hotel and the “Rove Manazel Aljada” residences, and is ideally located next to Arada’s central business district, in addition to the upcoming “Madar Mall” in this integrated community.

Construction work is scheduled to begin this October, with the project expected to be completed by September 2027.

“Rove Aljada” includes 192 hotel rooms, co-working spaces and other facilities, and “Rove Manazel Aljada” also includes 306 luxury apartments under the Rove Hotel brand.
