Distributing cash dividends to unitholders of Mulkiya Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund
Mulkiya Investment Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of Mulkiya Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund for the period from 07/01/2025 AD until 09/30/2025 AD.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The eligibility for cash distributions to unitholders, according to the unitholders’ register, will be at the end of Thursday, 05/08/1447 AH, corresponding to 10/30/2025 AD (the end of trading on Tuesday, 06/05/1447 AH, corresponding to 10/28/2025 AD)
She added that the total dividends distributed are: 8,301,279.60 riyals, while the number of Existing units On the basis of which the cash distributions will be made: 103,765,995.
She added that the value of the profit distributed for each unit is 0.08 riyals, while the distribution percentage of the net asset value is 0.95%.
She explained that the distribution percentage is of the net asset value as of the date 04/08/1447, corresponding to 09/30/2025.
