Kremlin: Trump told Putin to end the war in Ukraine "The hardest ever"
The Kremlin announced, today, Thursday, that Russian President Vladimir Putin held lengthy telephone discussions with former US President Donald Trump, which lasted about two and a half hours, and dealt with a number of sensitive issues, most notably the conflict in Ukraine.
The Kremlin said that Trump informed Putin during the call that stopping the war in Ukraine represented the most difficult challenge of all, but in return, he considered that the end The conflict will open amazing prospects for economic cooperation between Washington and Moscow.

These talks come at a time when tensions are rising over Western military support for Kiev, amid Russian warnings of the repercussions of supplying advanced weapons to Ukrainian forces.
