The Ministry explained that this new digital service, from which hundreds of thousands of educational personnel benefit, It allows accurate and reliable documentation of training and professional activities with ease, which saves time and effort and ensures immediate recording of their achievements.

She confirmed that the documentation process takes place through specific steps that begin with logging into the “Faris”, then go to employee self-service, and choose the “Professional Development for Teachers” icon, leading to filling out the data required for professional activity.

Continuity of Service

The Ministry indicated that the final stage of the process requires electronic approval from the direct supervisor, who is responsible for certifying the accuracy of the data entered and matching it with Official documents.

In order to ensure the continuity of the service and not be affected by any circumstances, the Ministry stressed that the authority to accredit is available to the direct manager, whether he is on the job or even while enjoying his official leave.

This step comes in the context of the Ministry’s keenness to provide a stimulating and supportive work environment, as it confirmed that the service of adding professional development hours will be available throughout the year without interruption.
