The Turkish President’s wife praises the UAE’s support for international efforts to achieve sustainable development

With the UAE’s efforts to support sustainable environmental work and its constant keenness to participate alongside countries of the world in all international forums to confront environmental challenges and achieve sustainable development to ensure a better future for future generations.
This came in statements made by the wife of the Turkish President during her reception of the delegation of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, headed by Her Excellency Al-Reem bint Abdullah Al-Falasi, Secretary-General of the Council, on the sidelines of its participation in the work of the “Zero Waste” Forum, which was held under the auspices of the wife of the Turkish President during the period from 17 to 19 this October.
For her part, Her Excellency Reem Al Falasi conveyed, during her meeting with the wife of the Turkish President, the greetings of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak (Mother of the Emirates), President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation. Her Highness was keen to have the Council’s delegation participate in the forum to review the achievements of children and adolescents in the field of sustainability and learn about global experiences in protecting the environment and preserving its resources, based on the vision of the wise leadership in the UAE to Children and adolescents are partners in environmental action.
