The Bahrain Pavilion at GITEX Global concludes its activities with local and international partnerships

· Signing 12 partnership agreements and memorandums of understanding between the participating Bahraini institutions and a number of local and international institutions
· 14 Bahraini institutions participated in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion at the exhibition
The Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion at the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition concluded its activities successfully, resulting in the signing of 12 partnership agreements and memorandums of understanding between Bahraini institutions participating in the pavilion, and a number of local and international institutions.
During the days of the exhibition, which was held in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, during the period 13-17 October 2025, Bahraini institutions were able to attract the attention of many visitors to the exhibition, including those interested in the information and communications technology sector, partners and investors, who praised the advanced level demonstrated by the leading Bahraini institutions in various technical fields.
The Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion at the exhibition this year included 14 emerging Bahraini, small and medium enterprises in various fields of information and communications technology, namely Procural, OREEM, Invo POS, Palm Stays, MenaMoney, VirtuThinko WLL, RemoteApps, and AMAN Compliance Solutions. ATME, Al-Athmal Group, Lomovy, Mazad, General Assembly, and the Arab Financial Services Company, along with the Economic Development Board, the Information and e-Government Authority, and ARRAY Innovations.
On this occasion, Mr. Khaled Al-Bayat, Chief Growth Officer at the Labor Fund “Tamkeen”, confirmed that the support that the Fund provides to Bahraini institutions to participate in specialized international exhibitions comes within Tamkeen’s endeavor to provide a suitable platform for institutions to present their ideas and projects and expand to regional and international markets, allowing them the possibility of exchanging experiences, establishing partnerships, and obtaining investment opportunities.
He said: “We value the essential role of technical institutions in providing advanced solutions that contribute to raising the efficiency of operations and productivity for various institutions, in addition to their role in creating quality job opportunities for national cadres. This interest comes from one of our strategic priorities for this year, which is to give priority to the growth, digitization and sustainability of institutions, by supporting digital transformation in institutions, with a focus on digital financial solutions.” and new and emerging technologies.”
This year’s edition of GITEX, which is one of the largest global events specialized in showcasing the latest global technologies in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence, concluded. It included the participation of 6,800 exhibitors, 2,000 startup companies, and 1,200 investors from 180 countries around the world.
Tamkeen’s support for the participation of Bahraini institutions in this year’s edition of the GITEX Global exhibition comes in line with Tamkeen’s strategic priorities for the year 2025, which are to enhance the position and competitiveness of the Bahraini citizen in the private sector, and provide Bahrainis with the appropriate skills for career development in the private sector, in addition to giving priority to the growth, digitization and sustainability of institutions.
Tamkeen’s support for this sector is also in line with the strategy for the communications, information technology and digital economy sector (2022-2026) launched by the Kingdom of Bahrain, which came with the aim of developing the country’s productive, service and economic sectors, including the communications, information technology and digital economy sector, due to its importance in supporting the process of construction and development in the Kingdom, and its contribution to creating more qualitative opportunities for citizens.
