Aljomaih Automotive unveils the all-new Groove, 2026 Chevrolet Cruze, and Captiva PHEV.


Aljomaih Automotive Company, the official agent of the Chevrolet brand in the Kingdom, announced the launch of three new models that represent a renewed direction for the brand in the Saudi market, during a ceremony held at the Chevrolet showroom in Riyadh in the presence of a group of media professionals, content creators, customers, and success partners. The ceremony witnessed the announcement of the launch of the new generation of Chevrolet Groove, the return of the Chevrolet Cruze with a renewed legacy, in addition to the introduction of the Captiva PHEV for the first time in the Kingdom, which constitutes a step that reflects Chevrolet’s vision for the next stage in the Saudi car market.
Chevrolet has established its position as one of the most influential brands in the automotive world for more than a hundred years, based on a long legacy of development and innovation. Today’s new launches come to enhance this legacy, and confirm the brand’s commitment to providing modern designs, future technologies, and multiple models that meet the needs of the growing Saudi market, and are consistent with General Motors’ strategy to move to a more advanced and intelligent future.
Aljomaih Automotive introduced the new generation of Chevrolet Groove with an updated exterior design that reflects a modern character that suits daily transportation needs, with an improved practical cabin and a group of modern technologies that give drivers easier communication and a more comfortable driving experience. The new model is available with a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a power of 145 horsepower, two 10.25-inch dual screens that support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, in addition to an upscale cabin with luxurious touches and leather-covered seats, and an exterior design bearing the distinctive Chevrolet identity, as well as an advanced set of smart safety systems that enhance drivers’ confidence on the road.
The ceremony also witnessed the return of Cruze, one of the most prominent Chevrolet cars in the Saudi market, but in a more spirited spirit. Sophistication and elegance. The 2025 Cruze came with an advanced exterior design that reflects sporty and striking features, in addition to an interior cabin supported by high-quality materials and advanced technical systems. Chevrolet concluded its launches by unveiling the Captiva PHEV, which is being offered for the first time in the Kingdom, offering a smart option that combines practical performance and fuel efficiency thanks to the innovative hybrid propulsion system. During the ceremony, the characteristics of this model were showcased, which elevates the driving experience, through driver assistance technologies, advanced communication systems, in addition to a combined range exceeding 1,000 km, an engine with a power of more than 200 horsepower, and a 15.6-inch entertainment information screen with a 360° camera.
