DEWA develops intelligent video management systems capable of real-time data analysis

DEWA reported, in a statement yesterday, that the Chief Operating Officer of InfraX, Rashid Al-Ahmadi, and the President of Hikvision for the Middle East and Africa, Frank Song, signed the memorandum of understanding.

Al-Ahmadi said: “The memorandum of understanding with Hikvision reflects InfraX’s strategic commitment to accelerating innovation in the fields of artificial intelligence and smart visual analysis.”

He added that the cooperation will focus on implementing a market entry strategy, based on providing smart video management systems capable of analyzing data in real time to serve vital infrastructure and major institutions, in a way that enhances security, operational efficiency, and data-based decision-making, in line with the UAE’s goals in building a safe and integrated digital system.

For his part, Song said: “By integrating Hikvision’s advanced technologies in the fields of artificial intelligence and the visual Internet of Things with the advanced digital capabilities of InfraX, we aim to provide integrated smart solutions that contribute to enhancing public safety, enabling smart operations, and achieving the highest levels of operational efficiency.”
