Mustafa Assal faces Paul Cole in the final of the US Open Squash Championship
Mustafa Assal, the national squash team player and ranked first in the tournament, will face a strong confrontation against New Zealander Paul Cole, in the final of the US Open Squash Championship, which is currently being held in the United States of America and will continue until October 26. New Zealander Paul Cole reached the final match at the expense of Egyptian Karim Abdel Gawad, also with a score of (3-0).
In women, Amina Arfi reached the final match after defeating her colleague Nour El-Sherbiny, with a score of (3-1), in the semi-finals.
Amina Arfi is scheduled to play a strong match in the final against her colleague Hania.
The quarter-finals of the US Open witnessed the presence of 4 Egyptian players: Nour El-Sherbiny, Amina Arfa, Hania El-Hamami, and Thana Ibrahim.
3 players qualified for the semi-finals, namely, Nour El-Sherbiny, Hania El-Hamamy, and Amina Arfa.
