“Taiba” profits rose 1.9% to 60.4 million riyals in the third quarter
Taiba Investment Company’s profits increased in the third quarter of 2025 by 1.9% to 60.4 million riyals, compared to 59.3 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The increase in net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year is due to the refund of the allowance for the decrease in the value of some fixed assets due to the improvement in their value and the decline of some of them.
The reason for the decrease in the company’s net profit during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter of the same year is due to the decrease in revenues due to the seasonality of operation in addition to the operating expenses of new facilities.
The net profit amounted to The company’s profit for the current period (9 months) was 298.8 million riyals, an increase of 55.2 million riyals, or 22.7%, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year 2024, which amounted to 243.6 million riyals.
This came from the increase in revenues, in addition to the return of the provision for the decrease in the value of some fixed assets due to the improvement in their value and the decline of some of them, and the return of the provision for cases that was formed in the year 2023 regarding termination of the contractual relationship with one of the operators.
