Miyahuna Company’s profits declined in the third quarter of 2025 by 69.5% to 5.1 million riyals, compared to 16.7 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the decrease in net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of last year is mainly due to the impact of an exceptional element achieved in the previous period, which is partially offset by the increase in general and administrative expenses.

The reason for the decrease in net profit during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter is mainly due to the decrease in gross profit (due to the increase in revenues from project development services in the previous quarter).
