“Jabal Omar” signs a contract to operate 3 towers that include 655 hotel units
Yesterday, Jabal Omar Development Company signed a contract with Rotana Hotels and Resorts to manage and operate three towers that include (655) hotel units in the fourth phase of its project in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, which is expected to enter into operation in the fourth quarter of the year 2025.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"Rotana Hotels and Resorts will receive a percentage of the revenues and a percentage of the hotels’ total operating profit in exchange for management and operation.
The contract includes: management and operation of three towers that include (655) hotel units that will be managed by the Rotana Jabal Omar brand, while the duration of the contract is 15 calendar years, subject to extension.
The financial impact is expected to appear after the hotel’s operation, and operation is expected to be in the fourth quarter of the year 2025.
