المملكة: The Saudi Media Academy concludes a program on transformations in the global media landscape in Singapore


The Saudi Media Academyaffiliated with the Ministry of Information, its international training program is entitled "Transformations in Global Media Landscape"This is part of the third stage of the path "Media leaders"which was held in the Republic of Singapore in cooperation with (NUS) University, which is ranked eighth in the world and first in Asia according to the (QS) World University Rankings for the year 2025.

Intensive training with the participation of experts

Over a period of five days, (40) male and female leaders from the government and private sectors participated in an intensive training program of (30) training hours that combined the academic and practical aspects through interactive lectures and workshops under the supervision of (6) From international experts and trainers.

The program covered The future of media In light of the technical transformations, methods of employing artificial intelligence in content creation and visual production, and anticipating the future of media, in addition to (3) field visits to leading institutions in the field of media, technology and innovation, which included a visit to the headquarters "Oceanus Media Global” to learn about models of media production and digital transformation, and visit "Changi Experience Studio” as one of the most prominent interactive digital experiences in Singapore.
In addition to a visit to the headquarters "Meta Singapore” to learn about the latest trends in artificial intelligence technologies and the development of digital platforms, which contributed to giving the participants practical experience on the best global practices in developing media work environments and enhancing their readiness for future changes.

Handing over the participants accredited certificates

The program concluded with the participants handing out accredited certificates from the University of (NUS) and the Saudi Media Academy, in the presence of the acting CEO of the Academy, Eng. Mishal bin Ahmed Al-Tuwaijri, and the Deputy Dean of Executive Education at the National University of Singapore, Dr. Sirin. Sino, amid praise for the qualitative outcomes and global training experiences achieved by the third phase of the program.

Phases of the program

This path comes within a training program consisting of four phases, as the first phase was launched under the title "Management of major events" In the Swiss city of Lausanne in cooperation with EHL University, followed by the second stage in Riyadh entitled: "Digital advertising" In cooperation with the College of Business (ESCP), the third stage took place in the Republic of Singapore in cooperation with the University of (NUS) to shed light on the transformations in the global media landscape, concluding the course in the capital, Riyadh, with an advanced course in "Leadership communication strategies" In cooperation with TEXAS University.
It is noteworthy that the program aims to enable leaders in various sectors to keep pace with technical transformations and create influence in the global media scene, by exchanging expertise and experiences with global international academic institutions, in support of the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
