المملكة: Continuing the achievements of 4 years, the Hajj Conference and Exhibition expands with its fifth edition

Jeddah Governorate is preparing to host the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH, during the period from 9 to 12 November 2025, in an event that is the largest globally in the history of The Hajj experience as a global model in efficiency and human innovation, and a review of its efforts to achieve The qualitative transformation in the Hajj services system is within the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
This edition comes as a continuation of the successes achieved by the fourth edition of the conference, and was organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Guests of God Service Programme. The event witnessed the participation of ministers and representatives of Hajj delegations from various countries of the world, and companies providing services from inside and outside the Kingdom.
Activities of the Fourth Edition
The conference in its fourth edition presented more than 47 discussion sessions and 50 workshops with the participation of 100 speakers, including ministers, diplomats and experts, discussed topics of sustainability, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship in the Hajj sector. It also witnessed the signing of pilgrimage affairs agreements with 76 countries, and a number of cooperation agreements between government agencies and private and non-profit sector institutions, which enhanced the integration between work systems to serve the pilgrims.
The accompanying exhibition was also distinguished by the representation of multiple sectors, which they displayed. The latest technologies and smart services that facilitate the pilgrim’s journey and enrich his experience, while visitors learned about the efforts of more than 40 government agencies working around the clock to serve the guests of God, and saw a rare copy of the covering of the Holy Kaaba for the year 1356 AH.
Fifth Edition Services System
Based on these indicators, the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH will be launched, confirming its position as a leading international platform in developing a services system. Hajj, and enhancing integration between stakeholders locally and internationally. This year, the conference will include more than 13 main sectors, including tourism, health services, transportation, nutrition, aviation, operational services, and other fields that contribute to building an integrated system for serving pilgrims.
Speakers from international bodies, organizations, and innovation pioneers will participate in the conference, and it will embrace more than 100 creative ideas in the areas of crowd management and improving field services. More than 80 dialogue sessions will be held on its sidelines. 60 workshops contribute to transferring knowledge, stimulating innovation, and signing more than 280 international agreements and partnerships.
