Fujairah Police organizes a Customer Council to enhance communication with the public and partners

Fujairah, 1st November / WAM / The Fujairah Police General Command, represented by the Traffic and Licensing Services Center, organized a “Customers Council” with the participation of a number of partners and the public, with the aim of discussing proposals for developing services and improving their quality, within the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s initiatives aimed at strengthening communication channels with customers and strategic partners.
The organization of the council comes within the efforts of the Fujairah Police aimed at enhancing direct communication with the community, and identifying customers’ needs and their comments about the services provided, which contributes to improving performance and developing work mechanisms in accordance with the directions of the UAE government towards providing innovative and pioneering government services free of bureaucracy.
The Council discussed a group of innovative ideas, proposals and solutions that contribute to improving the traffic services system, in addition to reviewing efforts to eliminate bureaucracy and simplify procedures to provide faster and more efficient services.
He touched on a number of topics related to traffic and licensing services with the aim of developing work mechanisms and improving customers’ experience to ensure their satisfaction and happiness.
