Newsweek magazine revealed The United States is planning to conduct the first test of an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear charge but without a warhead.

This development came after US President Donald Trump last week ordered the Pentagon to begin nuclear weapons tests immediately, justifying this by saying that Russia and China “continue to test their nuclear arsenals.”
