المملكة: “Islamic Affairs” integrates artificial intelligence and direct guidance to serve pilgrims


The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance intensified its guidance services And guidance materials directly via smartphones using quick response codes (“QR”).

In addition to technical support, direct services continue through dedicated booths in the two mosques, staffed by official preachers and translators in several international languages. These booths provide the service of immediately answering pilgrims’ inquiries and legal questions, in addition to distributing translated publications and awareness publications.

The Ministry explained that these programs aim to embody the Kingdom’s message of spreading moderation and moderation, and directing pilgrims to perform their rituals in accordance with the correct approach derived from the Qur’an and Sunnah, and correcting any misconceptions they may have.

These efforts come as a continuation of the work to provide a faith environment that helps those who perform Umrah. The Two Holy Mosques for performing their worship, which received appreciation from a number of Umrah pilgrims who pointed out the role of these services in facilitating the performance of their rituals.
