Al-Jadha’i stressed that the service relies in its work on employing a package of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and robotic automation of supervisory processes, and embodies the strategic direction of the Authority in taking advantage of modern technologies to raise the quality and efficiency of supervisory procedures, and speed up the analysis processes of , which enables proactive response to potential risks.

He pointed out that using advanced technologies and its analysis accurately, to contribute to raising the efficiency of risk assessment of chemical and microbial contaminants, and assessing food exposure to additives with an accuracy of more than 99%, and reducing processing time by more than 80%. It is important that the initiative achieved an operational impact in the field as it contributed to reducing more than 3,000 working hours per month.
This initiative comes as an extension of the authority’s efforts to enhance product safety, raise the quality of life, and benefit from modern technologies in its work in line with the goals of the health sector transformation program. One of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
